The staff at the front and in the restaurant were very sweet! From the moment I walked in, Kathy and Camila made me feel welcomed and gave me some great tips. The location was awesome, just down the hill from the shopping district, and within a short walking distance to Robson Street and the walkway along the waterfront at Coal Harbour leading into Stanley Park. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was very nice. Transportation was also convenient with easy access to Skytrain/transit. Plus, the hotel had free cookies in the lobby, which was a fun treat!
